About

 Cyndi Carver

Her motto: Provide cutting edge service in the marketing of real estate. Real Estate is her passion, whether the home is large or small. Not just a marketer of real estate, her area of expertise includes developemental issues & process, building requirements, structural issues, community management, covenants & restrictions, and construction defect issues.

Having lived in the Eastside and worked in the greater Seattle area for over 40 years, she has been serving residents with their real estate needs for 30+ years, first as their lender and then as their real estate broker. As a lender, she was one of the first underwriters directly endorsed by HUD to review & underwrite their appraisals & loans in 10 states. She was Chief Operations Officer of a mortgage company and the Regional Manager of Contract Underwriting of a major mortgage insurer. This lending experience gives her the edge on hedging possible lending restrictions on properties.
Coming from being in mortgage lending, it was a natural progression to being a real estate broker in 2003. It was a great transition for her since she was able to help some of her past loan clients sell their current home and buy their next home. She and her team of experts put on First Time Homebuyer Seminars, Homebuying Refresher Course, and Home Retention Seminars for those wanting to keep their home or avoid foreclosure. Free consultation with loan modifications as well as the sale of their real estate.
She works by referral, believing that every client is an investment in her future. So if you know someone who is upsizing, downsizing or widesizing, and would like to have a knowledgeable person along with high integrity and quality of service that she provides, she would love to assist them and provide them with the quality service that they deserve.

Her Areas Of Expertise

Buyer Representation:  All buyers need to be sure they are represented throughout the transaction, not just in finding a home.  Even if a buyer goes into a new construction site and the offer is written up for them by a buyer's agent, they may still be representing a builder if they work for the same company that is representing the builder.  Her extensive background in the mortgage business has allowed me to represent the buyer.
Seller Representation:  She is constantly involved in professional marketing conferences and seminar to help keep her current as to what it is in cutting edge.  She has a specialized program to market a home at the best price to receive the most market price.
Property Flipping:  She has personally turned ugly houses into highly desirable sought after homes. She will assist investors prior to their purchase, during their improvement process and after the completion of the project.
Foreclosures and Short Sales:  Trained in the short sale process, she assists homeowners through their pre-foreclosure process by helping them to market the home to get the maximum price and minimize their deficiency and liablity exposure to the lender. She has a team of people assisting the homeowner through the process. After seeing such a metamorphsis in the mortgage business. and when lending on homes stopped in 2008, it was a natural thing to step into her forensic underwriting experience and realize that  there are going to be more people in need than they themselves know. So when her clients asked her to help them sell their home and help them get out from under the burden of a mortgage loan that they didn't understand and couldn't handle, her understanding of the whole mortgage business became very valuable. She was able to assist clients negotiate with their lienholder prior to any designations or special training was popular.
