After all, there will be no telling if one of their clients will buy one of the several houses offered, let alone like it. This is why agents would rather let a client go through a tour that will suit their needs and budget. To do this, buyers are expected to exactly tell the agent what they are looking for in a house and how much they can afford.

3. Don’t Waste Time
